FacesofNF-99.jpg

Raised internationally, I was born in Liberia and have lived in England, Saudi Arabia, and Spain.  I graduated Fordham University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work.  I have a strong passion to support individuals, groups, and organizations reach their true desired goals.  Whether you are working for a Fortune 100 Company or a small non-profit, the challenges one faces can be complex and personal.

I was challenged at birth with having a rare disease called Neurofibramatosis(NF).  Although I never let my condition limit me growing up, as an adult I neglected the importance of self care and development.  This came to a complete halt when I was faced with a life altering experience that changed my view on life.  My condition led to me being paralyzed from the chest down.  My entire life came to a stand still.  After spending over a month in the hospital, I then took the next year to learn how to walk again.

I learned that by only focusing on the next goal, I neglected myself entirely in many ways.  I learned that by not investing in myself, both physically and emotionally, I was never going to reach my true success.  I was driven by the  desire to rise to the next level of professional success, instead of being driven by my own self needs and true desires.

My focus and goal is to support individuals in realizing their true authentic leadership ability versus what is a socially accepted view of leadership. You never realize how strong you can be and the unpredictability of where life leads you. The critical component is to discover the internal fire that drives one’s leadership ability versus the one that is prescribed.
