The answer to this question is YES!  Each person brings their own set of unique qualities to the workplace and community.  Diversity is the presence of differences when two or more people are together.  It is not a question that a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture are a critical predictor of employee commitment and performance.  The concept of diversity is the mindset and inclusion is the behavior.  Together these variables are critical in how an organization and community can thrive and flourish.
